The Embassy of Belgium in Paris (Wallonia & Brussels Delegation) hosted star chefs The Thomaes Brothers from Chateau Mylord for a spectacular presentation menu of regional products. The Province of Hainaut initiated this splash of terroir specialties skilfully seconded by an enthusiastic young delegation from the Province’s culinary schools. Among the surprising delicacies: Escaut river eels and lobsters, artisan chocolate, rhubarb and cherry wine or endive liquor and local artisan cheeses...
